The management of the property is vested in three separate entities:
1. The Alumni Board of Directors and Volunteers. The Alumni Board of Directors and Volunteers is the “governing entity” of the property compound. Through the Gamma Kappa Sigma Nu Fraternity Association (the owning entity of the Sigma Nu properties), the Alumni Board of Directors and Volunteers advise, oversee and legislate policy decisions regarding the Sigma Nu property compound.
2. Robinson Investment Company, Inc. / Cory Robinson – owner. This third party entity, is the finance/billing vendor utilized by the alumni board. They facilitate all matters related to Sigma Nu fraternity invoice billings and collections. Cory Robinson and his team, provide your monthly billing statements. They also collect all rents, dues, meal plans and pass through charges. Robinson pays all the fraternal related expenses of the Sigma Nu property compund from the funds collected. Cory Robinson does not make or set any policies related to Sigma Nu Fraternity. He and his company report directly to the alumni house board. They work very closely with Sunnyside Property Management, regarding the billing of invoices (including “pass through” of maintenence expenses that are attributed to resident/member individual responsibilities).
3. Sunnyside Property Management / Peter Ramo – owner. Whenever there is a maintenance need for repairs, Sunnyside Property Management (303.442.7773) is your point of contact. Reports of maintenance issues / requests for work orders MUST be done through the elected undergraduate House Manager and his committee (unless it is a real, true emergency — fire, water leak, gas leak, property vandalism, etc.). Sunnyside Property Management is responsible to and will enforce all EN-GK policies/rules (and City of Boulder regulations detailed in the lease agreement) that currently exist at the property compund. They are also in charge of the annual leasing of the five buildings located on the Sigma Nu Compound to EN-GK members.
