2016-2017 EN-GK housing leases, signatures, security deposits due

January 15th, 2016 / 4pm MST is the deadline to qualify for the discounted rental rate for the 2016-2017 housing term at the Sigma Nu properties.  ALL lease documents must be submitted; ALL required signatures (both student-tenant AND parental guarantor) must be fully signed, completed, submitted: ALL required security deposits must be fully paid and received.  Based on the above items being received, Sunnyside Property Management will determine the qualification for the discounted monthly rental amount.  Lease documents, signatures, deposits that are received after the 01-15-2016 at 4 pm deadline will be subject to paying the fully priced monthly rental rate for the 201-2017 housing term at the Sigma Nu properties.
